due to the kind of products that we are selling, all sales are final

 Do toys comes with batteries? 

they do not! But we do give complimentary batteries (AA and AAA only)  We can put the batteries for you and make sure it’s working before you leave the store.

The most common reason why your sex toy is not working is because the batteries have been put in the wrong way 

The majority of our toys required two batteries and they need to go in the opposite direction to each other.

We recommend that you use powerful batteries from well know brands

we also recommend removing the batteries when not in use.

Rechargeable toys when not in use needs to be charge at least once at month  

can i clean my toy with alcohol Wipes ?

no you can’t  we recommend toy cleaners, they are only $5.99 and $7.99 

but you can also use dial soap and water, wash your toy in between every use and even if the toy is completely waterproof, this does not include the internal the components of the device!

Do you guys delivery ? 

No we don’t, you can place your order online and pick up and pay at the store, we are offering curbside but we are still open for walk ins

Are you guys open? The door it’s closed ?

Yes we are open but the gate is always closed just come to the door and we will open it for you
